BoothModern AV equipment is superbly reliable on the whole, but as with any complex system that involves lots of connections and different products working together, problems can occasionally arise. And if your AV system is mission-critical then you need an equivalent urgent response from engineers who know their stuff, know your system and can be on-site within 4 hours in the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and London areas.

A maintenance contract with Lewcon AV is a cost-effective way to provide engineering cover for your AV systems, and also protect against the unbudgeted expense of a failure.

We provide three levels of support to suit your specific needs, and all packages include:

  • An engineer on-site within the agreed response time
  • Best endeavors to always fix the problem on the first visit
  • Replacement loan equipment, subject to availability,  if your hardware needs to be repaired or replaced
  • Free unlimited telephone support weekdays 09:00 to 17:30 (excl. Bank Holidays)
  • Out-of-hours support by arrangement

We also provide maintenance and support for systems installed by other firms, so feel free to contact us for help and advice no matter who installed your equipment.

Support Packages:

Gold Service Level Support
  • 1 or 3 Year Fixed Contract
  • 4 – Hour response time during normal working hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 17:30pm, excluding Bank holidays)
  • 2 preventative maintenance visits
  • 2 – System health checks
  • Loan or swap-out equipment (subject to availability).
  • Parts and labour at no extra cost (except consumables and main projection system light engine).
  • Unlimited telephone support during normal working hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 18:00pm, excluding Bank holidays)

Weekend telephone support can also be arranged given prior notice.

Silver Service Level Support
  • 1 or 3 Year Fixed Contract
  • 8 – Hour response time during normal working hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 17:30pm, excluding Bank holidays)
  • 2 preventative maintenance visits Loan or swap-out equipment (subject to availability).
  • Parts and labour at no extra cost (except consumables and main projection system light engine).
  • Unlimited telephone support during normal working hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 18:00pm, excluding Bank holidays)

Weekend telephone support can also be arranged given prior notice.

Bronze Service Level Support
  • 1 or 3 Year Fixed Contract
  • 8 – Hour response time during normal working hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 17:30pm, excluding Bank holidays)
  • 1 preventative maintenance visits Parts and labour will be charged at a reduced support package rate.
  • Loan equipment (subject to availability) (chargeable).
  • Unlimited telephone support during normal working hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 18:00pm, excluding Bank holidays)

Weekend telephone support can also be arranged given prior notice.
